  I started taking Biosil in March 2022

  I started taking Biosil in March 2022. My right thumb nail bed had been damaged years before and it quite often hurt right below the cuticle. My nail would grow out with a cut emerging that ran parallel to the cuticle. The nail quite often would have 1 or 2 raised bumps across it, again running parallel to the cuticle, that would grow out to the end. After using Biosil for about 2 months, I realized one day that my thumb nail didn't hurt. And my nail is now growing straight again, without the rolling bumps. My nails are growing much faster and are stronger. My hair has also seen benefits, it feels healthy and has more shine. I have not yet really seen a benefit to my skin. I use the drops. The 30ml bottle lasts a full 2 months at 10 drops a day. I also keep a bottle of the capsules on hand for use when I travel...for the convenience. To avoid the drop of air that wants to be the first drop out, I find that if I GENTLY nudge (not actual shake) the bottle once or twice as I turn it dropper down, I usually get a full drop. I put it in coffee, buttermilk, or juice in the morning, and in my hot chocolate at night.
